knowledgeOS turns your internal content into on-demand insight. Rather than digging through files, sellers and marketers can ask questions in plain language and get instant answers or auto-generated content pulled from your knowledge base.

rfpOS is built for speed and accuracy in proposal cycles. It automates the heavy lift of creating RFP responses, briefs, and tailored submissions  - enabling bid teams, pre-sales, and even account execs to respond faster with higher quality and confidence.

marketingOS helps you find and activate high-intent accounts. It identifies buyers showing relevant signals and turns those insights into campaign-ready outreach. Perfect for marketing teams and SDRs who want to move from broad targeting to precision engagement.

Before You Begin

You’ll need:

  • Secure access to your OrbitShift workspace (email or SSO)
  • Approved role-based permissions (based on your team)
  • Optional but recommended: CRM + content library connections

First-Time Setup

To get started, follow these steps:

1. Sign into OrbitShift

Go to app.orbitshift.ai and log in using your work email or Single Sign-On (SSO).

2. Select your primary agent

On first login, choose your primary module:

  • Sales → accountOS
  • RFP Response → rfpOS
  • Knowledge & Content → knowledgeOS
  • Campaigns → marketingOS

Agents will customize your dashboard and onboarding flow based on this selection.

3. Connect your tools

OrbitShift works best when connected to your ecosystem:

  • CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics)
  • Email/calendars
  • Knowledge repositories (SharePoint, Drive, etc.)
  • Collaboration tools (Slack or Teams)

None of your data is used to train public AI models.

What to Do First

Once logged in, take these quick actions based on your role:

If you're in Sales (using accountOS)

  • Open the Opportunity Radar
  • Review top signals: hiring, org changes, funding, technographics
  • Click any account to view stakeholders and recommended plays

If you're in Bid / Proposal (using rfpOS)

  • Upload a past RFP or proposal
  • Use the agent to generate a response draft
  • Edit and export - ready to submit

If you're in Marketing (using marketingOS)

  • Search for live signals based on your campaign theme
  • Generate a persona-level outreach list
  • Auto-draft emails with context and send via your connected platform

If you're in Sales Enablement or Pre-Sales (using knowledgeOS)

  • Ask the agent something like:
    “What’s our positioning for BFSI?”
    “Show me a competitor battle card for Salesforce.”
  • Save the response in Collections for reuse

Pro Tips

  • Pin your key accounts on accountOS to quick-launch from the sidebar
  • Set up email or Slack notifications for signal changes
  • Bookmark winning responses, proposals, and insights
