Adding Credits to your JustCall Account

Managing your JustCall account balance is crucial to ensure uninterrupted communication. Here's a guide that walks you through the simple process of adding calling credits and setting up auto-recharge.

Adding Calling Credits:

To add credits to your account,

• Open your JustCall account and scroll to the bottom left of the screen.

• Click on 'Add credits'

• Choose the desired top-up amount from the prompted panel

• Click "Proceed to Payment" after selecting your top-up balance, fill in your card details, and pay

Auto Top-up Setup:

You can also set up Auto Top-up for your account. This feature automatically fills your account balance when it falls below a specified value. By enabling Auto Top-up, you eliminate the need for manual recharges.

• To set up Auto Top-up, activate the 'Auto recharge settings' by toggling it on. It is located right below the Proceed to payment section.

• Select the lower balance limit after which you want your account to be auto-recharged.

• Select the amount that you want your account to be recharged with.

• Hit the “Save Changes” button. Now whenever your account balance is below the defined limit, your account will be recharged with the selected value.
